I Agree that production costs should fall BUTTTTTTTTTTTTTT this Co has huge financial issues. Be very careful that the Co doesn't use the simple literal meaning of the words "production cost" but have the Co use and disclose to us the full meaning of TOTAL PRODUCTION COSTS. By this I mean the Co will most likely say production costs fell by say $100 /oz but in fact the overall cost of the Total Production costs which includes wages, cost of transport of ore, equipment purchase, other operational costs as well etc etc is way far more than the spot gold price which means the Co is heading backwards.
For a Co that has been announcing and promoting significant high grade gold vein ores / finds like "Ady, Tessie, Tumi, Rebeca, and the Torrecillas Gold viens then lets just wait and see if their financial situation improves by the end of the next quarter.
