    I expect that Zuma will full endorse shale gas in his state of the nation address tomorrow night, and given South Africa's sluggish growth and energy concerns, I would expect the finalisation of the Mprda and subsequent award of exploration rights to be made a matter of priority.This should put the focus back on Cel.
