perhaps I am a bit old fashioned, but I thought it was a bit LESS risky now with the downturn in price.
seems to me that even if we fell to cash backing on a duster that a buyer at 7.8 today would be risking half what she would have at 10.5 a week or so ago. How can the former be more risky?
of course I believe something serious has to go wrong with either the cash or Thailand for this not to still be very good value at around 8 in the event of a duster (which would not even necessarily make the Phoenix area permits worthless).
i can't understand how I got onto a different planet from so many folk here, because as far as I am aware I have been on nothing more sophisticated than an Airbus or Boeing.
Imho someone has to, or has resolutely decided to, sell with haste because of the situation in Thailand.
