There are terrorist actions in most part of the world ...most are one off/opportunistic in nature and not sustainable.....
they attack when least expected trying to create fear and get some political mileage....they don't target off shore oil prospects that have no production....not been drilled.....
mainly populated areas.....not in the open ocean with nothing there..
other than creating fear ....there is no rist to Far acreage in Kenya..
