This farcical takeover may end up a lawyers picnic and it certainly does not do Australia's reputation much good as a place to do business.

I would not be surprised to see a bruised and angered MHR pull out the big guns and lob a bid for DLS. It would actually be a good investment as they could sell the parts they are not interested in get a real good toe hold in Australia and ultimately get AQO. They would also have the pleasure of shafting all the perpetrators of misdeeds in this sorry saga.
