Yep, without re-reading the original announcement, I felt they communicated that following the DD period, a binding agreement (or none) could be expected. Not that I'm concerned, but they probably should have been clearer as to whatbinding agreement will be hinging on, e.g., Tivan pilot plant results if that is the case..
