I think you are right Evision - with the suspension there is now no hurry to open (from the point of view of the ASX).
I notice that the suspension request noted that the ASX would review the 30 page document and then they imply that trading would resume today. I am not convinced that once QBL hand the document on for review that they have any control over when that review is completed and the securities resume trading. I would not think that QBL can control the entire process.
What if the ASX takes two days to review the announcement? QBL could do nothing about that fact!
