The company does not need capital, so no rights issue required.
Perhaps in 12 months time they will do a small rights issue (1 for 8 or something similar) combined with a debt facility. I'm not sure that there is any need for the rights issue though as I am confident the company will be able to raise non-equity capital when the time arises.
