WTF?
1) Instigate insider trading - hurt shareholders!
2) Admit guilt to insider trading - hurt shareholders!
3) Company pays a fine from company funds - hurt shareholders!
4) Guilty parties get off with zero repercussions??? Companies pay big dollars to get the so called 'best of breed' for the job - these guys being 'best of breed' would have know way better - begs the question!
Sounds like a green light for inside trading to me - you don't get punished for it!
ASIC think they are doing anyone a favor by fining the company and punishing shareholders? Sounds like a money grab to me at the expense of shareholders!
