No panic, no manipulation. I don't believe anyone's 'holding' the stock at 5c - that's its value, and that won't change until PWEP has been successfully commissioned. At the moment, BA's are sitting on the dock gathering dust, just like they did at Reunion. Megafauna is right, there is caution, and rightly so.
