If im right, gxn has to issue a prospectus if they wish to offer new shares to new S/H?
Well the finance deal has been done with RM so now gxn just has to get its financials passed to show they are a going concern and we can list again. A week or two maybe.
I have done a little research on the two new Dir's If anyone can save GXN i think they have what it takes.
