Not sure where you get your information but..............
As at 16/5/14 the largest shareholder was Abbotsleigh (presumably IG) with 25.76%.
That does not constitute a position which would enable a "done deal"!!!!
Also I am not certain that under the circumstances IG could vote anyway??
