I emailed Simon Youds of KPR to find out where exactly we stood on the first shipment and got the following email.

As indicated in quarterlies we have funds ready in the to purchase ore, out goings are low and we have the Grimaldi case approaching a conclusion. The facilities in Kupang are ready to go and once we get this letter we will be the only exporters on an island that used to have an estimated annual unlicensed export of 150,000t/a. The hurdle to entry for others will be very steep. The issue for us is continued delays on shipping dates as a result of the legislation changes. This is a function of doing business in Indo in the current climate.
