I emailed yesterday and got a relatively prompt email from Bob Tolliday at Gandel Metals.

Confirmed court action was going ahead and there had been no announcements re further drilling or mining because Quasar had not provided any information.

Advised they were selling because the board believed they could not work together, to which I responded 'who could work with them? I did not expect a response to this.

Apologies I tried to post this last night but had issues with HC on the ipad.

I suppose when you consider who would be interested in a minority stake working with the BB you could conclude there would be companies out there that could bring something worthwhile to the table but alas this is not AGS.
