Very general and broad graph really not worth even a second of any ones time, I'll say this, if you haven't secured a home for your family and are dealing in shares you are playing a very high risk game with your money but more importantly your families future as collateral. In other words you are a fool.
I've watched the property market pass many by, that's where the un-Australian wishing and ranting about the hope of a fall of property prices comes from. The left out and jealous. Just calling a spade a spade.
