Yep, it sure is frustrating at the moment.

I hope (and expect) that management will come out with a detailed explanation of their strategic direction in the not too distant future.

I think the court actions (especially the claim against Scott Jordan to personally pay costs) are front and centre for the company at the moment. I get the impression that management are really wanting to permanently remove these kind of legal threats from their planning horizon, so that they can commit to an accurate 'road-map' leading to Mt. Lindsay without having to guess about potential hold-ups along the way.
