    Darcy7 - see you in court - so to speak

    Unless SiS finds a huge investor or they sell either GCN or P1 shares to pay their bills - I would be surprised if they can fund any legal fees - if they could pay their bills - would't they pay.

    Then all of their hassles would go away - it's my understanding that the same tactics of not paying at GCN are being played out with SiS

    IMO

    Can anyone say insolvent trading.
