PDY is one of the jokes of the ASX at the moment, and the only likely outcome is voluntary administration when the current money (not much) runs out in the next 6-12 months.
I can't see that they'll ever be able to raise more capital. What other company would put out a market sensitive announcement to say they've had some meetings with unspecified "investors" and quote a promising snippet from a newspaper story.
