OFFICE: TRP: Transpower appointment - GM People and Corporate Relations

Transpower announced today that Jennifer Rose-Kerr has been appointed to the
role of General Manager People and Corporate Relations, effective from 28
June 2014.
Jennifer was formerly Group Director Human Resources and Health & Safety at
Fonterra, and was also the Group Manager Human Resources, Europe, for Mobil.
She has also held senior Human Resources positions in the United States and
Belgium and has also successfully operated her own management consultancy.
Jennifer is a director for New Zealand Trade and Enterprise and holds a BA
and diploma in Psychology from University of Waikato.
