Just a couple of possibilities:
AFR article (Smart Money) talks about CSL being reagrded as cyclical and that it will recover. It is also paying out 40% of profit as a dividend this half.
Another possibility is that its proposed aquisition (is it Aventis blood products I can't rememeber) which was unpopular with the market and led toa significant fall in sp, could perhaps be off. Just speculating.
