    So where are we at?

    1. $100m rescinded. $3m initial tranche, converted to shares, becoming one of the largest shareholders. They are waiting takeover vulture and/or will be looking to dump their shares onto the market?
    2. Who are the other potential investor interests?
    3. $500K 6 month loan @ 12%pa plus 20m options @3c. Sweet deal for that banker.
    4. ATO $900K R&D concession refund.
