Friends yes. Section B ii & iii could be read as "We have worked with both SGH and NXS management as well as their legal team before (recently in the lead up to this alleged skulduggery) and are not prepared to say what we worked on but everyone is expected to believe that we are now, will be, and always have been independent. In fact we are much better informed to be able to ensure compliance with statutory and fiduciary obligations."
Somebody should have told us what their instructions were and what they advised.
