GC. CR or no CR this is just a side show- POH is not going to run out of money or fail ASICs Going Concern requirement . POH has no shortage of opportunities to raise capital - IF and when it's required. A bit of dilution won't matter to any of us when we get a Pain Patch deal signed up.
