Hi All
Just looking at the TRC filings and the Golla 1 well has been approved but only after a name change to "Truchard 3".
As the lease area for the new well covers some of existing Truchard wells lease area the TRC wouldn't approve it till the name was changed, hence the hold up.
A bit of red tape keeps someone in a government job everywhere it seems. Anyway that's behind us so on with the drilling soon hopefully.
