This is more of a guess so if someone knows better please chime in. These performance options were for milestones to be achieved with regards to the Cameroon project. Now that the project has been fully offloaded by LEG these options will never be issued as the milestones can no longer be met by the holders. LEG is compensating the holders in the order of a fair value consideration with regards to what the performance shares are worth to the holders, this value seems to be just over 0.0012 per performance option.
