PDN would have to be eyed by the Chinese as t/o, their resources and mines are so cheap now! The outlook for U pricing is still flat going out a couple of years, but with China's reactor build, they would want to lock in long term supplies. Bigylri in the NT has been a disaster for them. They won't get out, but they won't develop, either.
