"Firstly,it is not up to the Company to decide if the announcement is "market sensitive" or not. It is up to the ASX"
Really? You are saying it is not up to the company to determine if the announcement is market sensitive? The listing rules seem to put a ton of emphasis on the directors to take responsibility for managing market sensitive information. They could only do this if it was up to them to make this determination. If it wasn't up to them to make that determination then how can they manage market sensitive information appropriately?
