I still have strong doubts about anything our board do.
They took over the board under less than dubious circumstances.
There is still no evidence that they share the interests of other shareholders.
They have been AWOL ever since. As far as I can tell Dart has been hibernating.
In the seven months since they took control, how many announcements have there been of anything happening? The entire strategy of the board seems to be to sell the company off to Igas. That's the best they've been able to come up with after running the show for 7 months. They seem to have no interest in developing the company or its assets - just sell for a lowball price on the first deal they have come up with.
Igas shareprice has been going down almost every day for three weeks now with no sign of support. Our SP has been tied to Igas for the next few months. This week the sell queue has been building and the buy queue is shrinking. The market for Dart has been stagnant for weeks with low volume and almost no live humans buying - only bots and stupid trades for intermediate increments. Igas is trading on miniscule volume, only a couple of hundred thousand shares per session.
