    re: more downgrades will come I think the lower prices are an opportunity, but lower prices may occur. I interpret Xeres as an interested investor at his 'right price' but expect he has no TO possibility factored in. I suggest that no one sell all their shares as a TO is very possible, imo.
    The mention of talks regarding 'switches' using Senetas products is the other dark horse I would not want to miss by selling. IMO, hold what you own.
