    Romans 10:13 explains it succinctly. 'For they being ignorant of Gods righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God,' Generally speaking ,humans have ignored Gods laws, and have decided to determine for themselves what is right.
