I actually had already made up my mind before I read Strachan's analysis. Anyway, if you are accusing the CEO of front running then he have had to either sell the shares when they went up or proceeded with the sale to benefit. Neither of which happened.

Of course, if he doesnt buy more shares he doesn't have enough skin in the game. He buys more shares and he's front running, even when he neither sold down on the news or completed the sale to benefit.
