Certainly implies that the company is in a better position than the precarious position it was in yesterday. So its good news to that extent. But as far as deliverables are concerned its still just a proverbial dangling carrot. This is where a lot of shareholders will ease off the pressure (as they did last year) and acquiesce to management's less than efficient activities.

I simply ask that shareholders this time around maintain a sense of vigilant scepticism until a key deliverable is achieved...and even then, do not forget that shareholders are entitled to an explanation at the next AGM about where funds have been going and why they should be trusted going forward. There is also the question of the partly paid shares - not so much a priority at this stage but in my profession, if you say you are going to address an outstanding issue (which they undertook they would), you address it.
