Outside of the conspiracy theories with no winners is there any evidence for that? I was near enough to the mine at the time to be on the grape vine, and the first I heard of the dam failure was via the ASX. Plenty of criticisms are valid, but I don't believe inappropriate disclosure of the dam failure is one of them. As I've said previously, less accountable people might have decided to try and keep it quiet.
@Champers "Facts are:...Closure was lifted (govt support)".
Any evidence for that? CDO still in place as far as I know.
