Answering Moseley's request for a new thread.
It occurs to me that we are better off with yesterday's events.
Sure had it gone to court we had a chance of winning back our 75% ...slim to none IMO.
Most likely court outcome was to be that we have our 25% and we get on with life. Pulling the plug on the court action saves us waiting the 5 weeks plus say 6 months for JM decision before we know an outcome. So today were IMO 7 months ahead of what we might have been had we gone to court. Plus we've saved some court costs.
Selling on market allows us to realistically benefit from the widely held view that Uranium pricing is on the rise ...Japan are marching towards restarting their reactors.
Bring it on.
