Yes. very valid, Billy. I did do the sums and would be underwhelmed if the distribution were 29c (assuming that there is a distribution at all !), rather than 50 cents say. But anything's impossible. We have no control as shareholders. We would have control though using your house analogy and we could wait for the market to improve. ..This lack of control, as well as information, is at the root of share holder unease and displeasure, I'd say.

Even with a lower distribution though we should still have, hopefully, an increase in the SP - to reflect the cash in hand, the exploration value in Oz and Chile, our 22m shares in ORS and the exploration licence (5017?) that is still JVentured with Q (unless a new agreement) and would add value if the uranium market picks up. .. Like us all I'm just guessing - with lowered expectations - as to what shareholders might be able to convert to cash in the future.
