Its an interesting read W4L.  Its interesting to look at the top 20 holders as of 9th May in contrast to the last annual report. By my quick count, JP Morgan and Citicorp have been the only net sellers, others have either held constant or significantly increased.  UBS, CRX and Wisevest have substantially increased their holdings, even accounting for the last raising.  Beneath the Ireland report on the company website is a Shaw report. Read with a grain of salt but their assumption on future funding/capital structure is worth a read:
