    What is the change from previous policy ? Is this a new policy as they didn't have a formal one in place or just a updated one? Just updating for compliance?

    Is there a reason like a ASIC or ASX query that has forced this issue and caused it to be a announcement?

    Just haven't seen other companies I watch do such a announcement lately. .
