What type of judges are these. There will be a time when sovereign risk is too high to do business here.
These judges are clearly skewed towards the state. In the license fees case state garners sympathy because of community programs being hit and so the judge reduces the hit by upholding the lower claim and ostensibly makes up the sovereign risk reason to disallow the TAH claim. What a farce.
Has TAH appealed the license fees claim.
