Small cap investor also has just released an upgrade, suggesting buying at these levels is a bargain. I agree, given that based on record earnings within two weeks we are at PE of 20. CAJ has signalled acquisitions very recently, and it is only time before they are not only the dominant provider in VIC but interstate as well.
