It wont take too long too upgrade and develop the mine and as BBR mentioned "exponential increase in graphene oxide production". That is relative to other start ups who want to mine. ie copper, gold, nickel.. etc.
It is undervalued as the FA states. Market needs to rerate. Technicals are pointing to a very bullish move very shortly on higher than average daily volumes.
