    Not only SP, Fe and Forex working against WDR, issues remain with crushing plant, haul road, barging and transhipment operations. If its not the rain, ....its the wind. May have to take a long view on thisone. If WDR ship 1.5 million tonnes to Dec 2014 ...it will be a miracle. Cost per DMT will be around USD90.00.
