Directions hearing 03 July outcomes

So first off the slightly frustrating news regarding time to hearing:

THE COURT ORDERS THAT:
The appeal be expedited and listed for hearing, on an estimate of one day, before a Full Court in Melbourne on a date between 10 and 18 November 2014 (inclusive).

However, then this bit - which may be of more interest perhaps, with TNC having to front up another $35k on top of the $200k+++ they already may have to pay Fed and VMS [noted Tas State doesn't get costs]:


THE COURT ORDERS THAT:

By 25 July 2014, the appellant give security to the second respondent in the sum of $15,000 by payment into the Court.
By 15 September 2014, the appellant give further security in the sum of $10,000 by payment into the Court
By 13 October 2014, the appellant give further security in the sum of $10,000 by payment into the Court
In the event of failure to comply with these orders the appeal be dismissed with costs
