It's all there if you go back through the previous case judgements Mosey (great name by the way). You might have trouble staying awake though, it's riveting stuff!
On another note why hasn't AGS filed their discontinuance notice yet. The case is still open. Is it backup incase Q /H don't follow through with what they agreed in the settlement? AGS would have to start a new trial and go through it all again if they shut this one.
