ARQ announcment today didn't contradict previous estimates of 5,000 BEFORE Hovea-5-6-7 was to be put on production so ..... with this new well, i believe they should be producing at least 6,500 BOPD. Water injection will probably be needed to maintain this.
6,500 BOPD * A$28/BBL * 50% = A$91,000 day, or $2.7M month or A$32M year .. this is nearly the same as AWE Bassgas project! .. from ONE field!
NPV could fall to $20/BBL though with lower oil prices and stronger A$.
NPV = ((US$30 - US$5) / 0.6) * 0.667 = A$28, where production costs = US$5 and exchance rate 60c.
Interesting H7 found a gas cap, meaning H1 didn't intersect the crest.
