Before I believed that they would be producing 12m TPY of coal by now.

What chance has a company got that employs 700> employees for 2m> tonnes per year, with 7to1 overburden in one mine of making a cent.?

When open cut mines are closing because of the low coal price!

And was Botswana really a serious contender, or a way of keeping shareholders from noticing the faults with the whole mining plan?

And was the reason all these small mining licences were not mined before because they were not viable until the sudden shorterm peak in the coal price.

And was this known before the ******* *******?
