Hand EM Back

Now that this slow moving train wreck is confirmed, the Directors all need to hand back the shares and options they gave themselves for putting this transaction together. Not only should they cancel their unearned dividend they should also have to pay for the wasted capital due to their very poor decisions. This transaction was doomed to failure from day one but the only ones who could not see that were the directors. Very poor business skills in my opinion. Norm
