Just received a letter in the mail from Lone Star, once again laying out their case against James. I must say it makes interesting reading. To my mind, the most damning is the cancellation of the $300,000,000 sale, almost moments after the shareholders had voted heavily in favor of the sale. This was done it would appear off Mr Cruickshanks own bat, in other words his decision and then no real information or reason why this was the case. To this day nothing except motherhood statements.
I think we need new directors on the board, We need aggressive action and clear regular shareholder advice.
I will be voting for a change.
