The cost decision to allow gradual payment actually ensures the appeal will now proceed. 2015 before this is cleared up, by which time legislation changes should be in place to prevent this insanity for the future.

It isn't a piss weak country Coit, it's just that six years of green power made Tasmania a piss weak state and a financial basket case. It now has to all be rolled back piece by piece. Tasmania will take years to recover and the likes of the TNC will continue to drag the state backwards so long as they are allowed to impose their minority views on the population.

The sad thing is that environmentalist have a valuable part to play in our society, and are able to play that part so long as they have credibility and the support of the population. The likes of SJ have rubbished that credibility and as a result the environmentalist's causes has been severely damaged.
