Pathetic. More legal expense on a hopeless case. These deliberately dishonest former directors ( according to the highest/ arguably smartest legal mind in QLD), had to represent themselves at trial last time as their case was hopeless, and now they are mounting an expensive appeal ( no change out of 100k). The last time I checked, the Chief Justice has only ever been successfully appealed against once since 1998, and it was a highly technical case ( a 2 to 1 decision that went to the High Court). These blokes are dilusional. They seem to be absolutely intent on not repaying our stolen money.
