The Company is very pleased with the strong demand received from Australian and European institutional and sophisticated investors, including Danish pension funds. The bookbuild closed significantly oversubscribed and the Company is pleased with the level of demand that reflects Kvanefjeld’s standing as an emerging world class specialty metals project, which is now approaching the permitting pipeline.
From this, I would expect to see some holder changes announcements.
